We employ a unique range of specialist staff. These include:
Community development workers and project officers – enthusiastic, patient and creative, they work closely with individuals and community groups to make change happen.
Landscape architects – Groundwork is the largest employer of landscape architects in the UK. Our landscape architects combine design expertise with a real passion for making a difference.
Employment & training specialists – skilled at dealing with the ‘hard to reach’ they strive to motivate those we work with and take them on a journey towards employment.
Education workers – taking our work into schools, they have the skills to work with children and understand the language and aims of of the national curriculum.
Youth workers – working to get the most from young people, whether that’s helping them being included in the decision making process or developing their skills and confidence.
